Prices and what is included
The price is per room per night and changes with the dates and the number of guests, so we publish no fixed rate list. Enter your dates and the booking system will show you the current price.
How the price is calculated
- The price is per room per night, not per person.
- We offer two rates: refundable and non-refundable. They differ in price and in the cancellation terms.
Once a day, we take each room card's “from” price from our own rate list. It is the lowest nightly price over the next 7 nights for a fully occupied room on the non-refundable rate. If the room is booked up for that whole week, we show the lowest price over the next 60 nights.

- Each further car in the car park 100 CZK, paid at reception on arrival
Non-refundable rate
You pay in advance, the amount paid is not returned, and the price is 10% lower than the refundable rate.
Refundable rate
A booking on the refundable rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Later than that, and for a no-show, we charge 100% of the price of the stay. Group bookings are handled individually by reception.

Frequently asked questions about prices
Is breakfast part of the room rate?
No, it is paid for separately. The buffet breakfast at Bistro Lokotka is 199 CZK / 8 € per person and is served Mon–Sun from 7:30 to 9:30, but not on public holidays. Breakfast has to be ordered in advance.
Is there a city tax to pay?
Yes, the rate is 50 CZK per person per night. Reception will tell you what the fee comes to for your particular stay.
